Before I tapped on the shoulder of Hagerstown Heating and Cooling I was relatively in the dark about my system and hadn’t been taking great care of it the past few years, and had moisture in my crawlspace.
With the first visit, Nate was able to get me up to speed concisely, answering all my many questions, helping me understand why the issues were taking place to make sense of pictures that would have scared the heck out of me without him walking beside me through it, so to speak.
We’re not rolling in dough and the funding for home projects can be tight. This morning I thought all was well.
This afternoon, after Nate’s inspection and guidance, I’m okay with a $2,300+ total price tag and have a plan on which items in the system need to be dealt with first, soon, and which can wait a few months or more, to save up for.
If you had told me this morning that I’d have to pay that, I’d have laughed you off my porch!
Again, Nate was worth his weight in gold as he casually and generously went through each detail and every one of the many pictures he needed to show me of damage that’s been doing it’s till the past few years.
