John Cooper is such an excellent technician, hands down the best I’ve ever had !!! We were previously with a different company and I felt when I was getting my bi-yearly services nothing was being done 🙁 Well turns out I was right. When John came out he found so many things that hadn’t been cleaned or attended to for sometime, despite having HVAC technicians from a different company coming regularly:( Thank you Hagerstown heating and cooling for sending such a wonderful technician as John Cooper !!!!
