Jonathan was the project lead for the new Bosch system. I was impressed with his work, leadership, and professionalism exhibited during the entire install process. I was equally impressed with Kiefer (excellent knowledge with how the system works and was part of the final walk through with Jonathan). They both took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable with the install. The level of service was exceptional from start to finish. The rest of the crew members were Perry and Abraham who also were instrumental in ensuring the installation process went as smooth as possible. Perry walked me through how to use the WiFi thermostat and Abraham was helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this crew and Hagerstown Heating for any needs you might have with HVAC systems. Overall the service was exceptional.
